Mail delivery related issues may occur when your employees are not receiving the Hoxhunt training emails, they get the quarantined along the way or end up in Spam/Junk folder.

Hoxhunt popup window related issues may occur when your employees try to report a Hoxhunt training email and when Hoxhunt attempts to open the popup window to offer the training moment, the popup is blocked.
Hoxhunt fail link related issues
Hoxhunt fail link related issues occur when your employees try to fail a Hoxhunt training email and instead of the popup opening with the "Oops!" message, they get blocked by a proxy, web filter or link scanner or they get the Login link has expired message, which indicates that something is inspecting the fail links before the employee has time to engage with it.
