Sending a crash report to Hoxhunt


Sometimes you might see a Hoxhunt error after clicking Hoxhunt button. If an error occurs regularly or it prevents you from using Hoxhunt properly, you can send a crash report to Hoxhunt Support.




How to report a crash report to Hoxhunt

If the error persists, please contact Hoxhunt Support at Include Trace ID and Error message in your email, or attach a screenshot of the error dialog.

By submitting your crash report via email to, a support ticket will be created and a support team member will reply to you as soon as possible.

NOTE: In addition to user-submitted crash reports, Hoxhunt regularly and proactively monitors its platform for errors and uses the results to improve the user experience and service quality.
