Overview
In order to get Hoxhunt's simulation emails through to your organization, you need to whitelist Hoxhunt's IP addresses that are used to send out simulation emails.
Steps to take:
1. Add Hoxhunt email servers to Gmail whitelist
2. Configure Inbound gateway - (see notes)
NOTE: Google has a sophisticated spam detection system that can't be completely bypassed. The following instructions minimize the probability in which Hoxhunt's simulation emails are marked as spam.
1. Add Hoxhunt email servers to Gmail whitelist
1.1. Log in to Google Admin Console at https://admin.google.com/.
1.2. Click Apps.
1.3. Click G Suite.
1.4. Click Gmail to open its settings.
1.5. Click Advanced Settings at the bottom of the list.
1.6. Scroll down page down to section Spam, phishing and malware and add the following IP addresses to Email whitelist field: 37.139.12.94,35.156.0.138.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to a recent change at Google's side, configuring Inbound Gateway as described below may have negative effect on your organization's email flow. However, for most customers this should be configured. Please consult Hoxhunt if you have any questions.
2. Configure Inbound gateway
2.1 While in Spam, phishing and malware section, navigate to Inbound gateway. Hover over the setting and click Edit.
2.2 Configure the Inbound gateway according to the screenshot below and click ADD SETTING and then SAVE.
3. Congratulations! Whitelisting is now complete.
