Symptoms: When user reports a simulation, or a suspicious emails while also requesting Instant Feedback, the Hoxhunt pop-up window will briefly flash in front of New Outlook for Windows after which it opens behind main Outlook window.
Occurs in: New Outlook for Windows
Occurs when:
- User has multiple monitors
- Monitors have different DPI / scaling settings (e.g., primary monitor at 150%, secondary monitor at 100%)
- Outlook is located on the secondary monitor
Workarounds:
Option 1: Move Outlook to primary monitor
Option 2: Match DPI scaling settings on both primary and secondary monitors
Add-in dialog appears behind the Outlook main window
