Hoxhunt currently offers user licenses for Comply and Change product modules:

• Comply is Hoxhunt's security awareness and compliance training solution to reach training and compliance goals with ease.
• Change is Hoxhunt's behavior change and risk mitigation training solution for automating training personalization and delivery to increase user resilient against the threats of tomorrow.
• Evolve is an automated solution for phishing training; Evolve users receive fewer simulations per year than Change users.

The product modules corresponding user licenses are assigned to users to enable access to specific features within the app.

NOTE: In late 2023, we started introducing the concept of user licenses to some of our customers to better support their modular product needs. This article applies only for customers who have signed modular based contracts with us. Reach out to your customer representative if you have any clarifications on user licenses.

• Spear Phishing Agent: an extension to Adaptive Phishing Training that uses generative AI to create simulations on-the-fly for user. Spear Phishing Agent generates completely new type of personalized simulations that are tailored to the recipient.

You can check the total number of assigned and available user licenses by accessing the User Management page.

Assigning licenses to new users

You may assign licenses to new users through email list or CSV import in the Review stage:

To change the default license assignment, navigate to Organization Settings > User Licenses:

The default licenses also apply to new users imported via SCIM.

Assigning licenses to existing users

Assign licenses to an individual user

To assign licenses to an individual user, click on the user to access their personal page, click on the edit symbol and scroll down to Licenses section:

Assign licenses to multiple users

To bulk assign licenses to multiple users in one go, select the users you would like to apply the change to, click Actions > Set Properties > User licenses. You can add licenses and remove licenses.

Note: this action replaces the users' previous license assignments with the new setting.
