Locating Hoxhunt button in Classic / New Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Web

Microsoft in undergoing a major UI redesign across many of its Outlook clients, including Outlook for Web and New Outlook for Windows. Microsoft's goal is to gather all add-in under one place called Apps.

During the migration, you may struggle to find your Hoxhunt button. This article is aimed to help you re-unite with your Hoxhunt button, no matter if you are using Classic Outlook for Windows, New Outlook for Windows or Outlook for Web.

The placement of the Apps menu depends on the Outlook client you are using. We ask for your patience until Microsoft has completed the transition for all Outlook applications.

Outlook for Windows / New Outlook for Windows / Outlook for Web

If you see All Apps in the ribbon, Hoxhunt button should be there so click on it and locate Hoxhunt button.

If you see Apps menu, Hoxhunt button should be there so click on it and locate Hoxhunt button.

If you can't see the Apps menu, your browser may be using zooming (over 100% scaling), or your window is so narrow that Outlook starts to hide items from the message surface. Look under the overflow (...) menu > Apps and locate Hoxhunt button.

If you see Get add-ins on your ribbon instead of Apps, then your Hoxhunt button may already be pinned to your message surface.

Can I pin Hoxhunt button to my message toolbar?

If you access your email through Outlook for Web (OWA), you can pin the Hoxhunt button to your message toolbar for easy access.

Not yet, but Microsoft is currently improving the discoverability of Outlook add-ins.

The Apps menu button on my sidebar does not list the Hoxhunt button.

The Apps button on the sidebar (see screenshot) lists different Applications than the Apps button we refer to in this article. Add-ins are not listed in the Apps button on the sidebar.
